		<description>I don&#039;t think you should be worried about not paying much attention during blanching, you wouldn&#039;t have harmed the kale. I encourage you to sautee it (right out of the freezer) with some minced garlic. Even if you left it in the boiling water too long during blanching it&#039;ll turn out great. I usually sautee until some bits have turned brown and crispy, it doesn&#039;t take too long over medium high heat. I hope it&#039;s delicious!</description>
